ABOUT THE CONTENT
Fruitility and Salt exists to bless the world with the incessant thoughts tumbling around in my head that are not safe for polite society. Read with caution, as they have a tendency to be offensive and true.
Fruitility is a word I made up to describe the opposite of futility - esepcially as it relates to the fruit of my hands (Proverbs 31:31). Salt has obvious ties to scripture (Matthew 5:13), and in an attempt to not let my salt lose it's taste, I have created this as an outlet to be, well, salty.
Enjoy at your own risk. I am not one to provide trigger warnings, so if you are a feminist or otherwise prone to be aggrieved, feel free to exit now while you still can.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
My name is Josephine, but my friends call me Josie.
I grew up in a Christian home, went to a Christian college, and married a Christian man. Now we are raising Christian kids.
I have recently (circa 2015) been wrecked by reformed theology and have been going through a personal reformation ever since. Unfortunately much of what I now hold to is considered "divisive" by the broader evangelical community, but I am committed to pursuing truth above all else (including people pleasing).
Fun facts: I am classically trained as a vocalist, my favorite flavor of ice cream is chocolate peanut butter, and I spend my free time cross stitching.
